How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is $0.00 (FREE) across all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time process in 2–4 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days transit — for a total estimated delivery window of 7–12 business days.

Do larger sheds arrive in more than one box?
Yes. Larger 6×4 ft, 8×6 ft, 9×6 ft, 8×8 ft, and 10×8 ft sheds ship in 2 to 3 reinforced flat-pack cartons so standard residential ground drivers can deliver directly to your porch or driveway without requiring a forklift. Every box receives its own tracking link via email.

Base Preparation & Assembly

Do Oakline sheds include a floor?
All Oakline Resin Sheds (6×4 ft, 8×6 ft, and 8×8 ft) include a heavy-duty interlocking molded resin floor kit inside the box. Our Galvanized Steel Sheds use an open perimeter base rail designed to anchor directly onto a level concrete slab, patio pavers, compacted gravel frame, or treated plywood platform.

How long does assembly take?
All panels come pre-cut, pre-drilled, and individually numbered with step-by-step illustrated instructions. Compact enclosures take roughly 45–90 minutes, while full walk-in backyard sheds typically take 2.5 to 4 hours with two adults and a cordless drill/screwdriver.

Returns, Cancellations & Parts Support

What if a panel is dented in transit or a screw pack is missing?
Email support@oaklinesheds.com with your order number and a quick photo within 30 days of delivery. We ship free replacement panels or hardware kits directly at zero cost to you.

What is your return policy?
Unused, unassembled sheds in their original cartons may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery with $0.00 restocking fees. Full details are listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
