1. Products, Dimensions & Site Preparation

All exterior, interior, and doorway dimensions are listed on each product page in feet and inches. Customers are responsible for checking local HOA rules or municipal setback guidelines and preparing a flat, level base (concrete pad, patio pavers, compacted gravel frame, or level wooden deck) prior to assembly.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Billing Accuracy

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales tax, where required by law, is calculated transparently at checkout prior to payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged by automated fraud verification systems.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship in reinforced flat-pack cartons according to our Shipping Policy: Free Standard US Shipping ($0.00) across all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., with 2–4 business days handling and 5–8 business days transit (7–12 business days total estimated delivery).

4. Returns, Damaged Parts & Refunds

All purchases are covered by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. If any panel or hardware pack arrives transit-damaged, notify us with clear photos within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will ship replacement parts or provide a free prepaid return label at zero cost to you.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States.
